Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and a photo of the quality concern to receive a Return Authorization number.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to send your quilt back to our production facility for inspection.
Expert Assessment
Our team of designers will review the stitching and construction to determine if a repair or a full remake is necessary to meet our quality standards.
Resolution and Delivery
We will either fix the identified issue or issue a refund according to our policy, ensuring your finished product is returned to your home within 14 business days.
